All entries must be on an official entry form. You can print off the above form or obtain a pre-printed envelope from the coaches or committee members at Baywave.
Payment must be included with the entry form.
No e-mail entries, posted entries or phone entries will be accepted.
Times unless official are not accepted.
Entries must be handed into the coaches at Baywave (Toni Hansen) by the closing date set by the Recorder. This will be ONE WEEK before official closing date to allow sufficient time to process. Late entries received after Recorder's closing date of one week prior to official closing date will not be accepted.
